★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a concrete jungle, OC not received, corridors are narrow, walls and everything is made of concrete meaning tough to even create a hole. Amenities are still under construction, most ill maintained apartment.
NGT clearance pending, some Canal is very near to project.
Polygon structure though increases space utilisation but does not feel good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The top floors ceiling leaks if rains. The house is differently styles. With open kitchen. All rooms have privacy meaning if you have a guest sitting in the living room they don't get to see the rooms nor kitchen. Locality is the issue. Narrow roads. Looks more like slum
