They used to leave their 2 dogs in apartment all alone for hours together and they used to cry and bark incessantly. And this consistently happened on weekends regularly.
The dog poop and urine used to all over their apartment floor and cleaned probably once in blue moon, the whole common corridor area used to stink horribly.
The dogs used to barely ever taken out for a walk and hence were aggressive when doors were opened and they got an opportunity to escape. Once the dog jumped on me ( I was 7 months pregnant ) and I almost fell down. The owners +Neel and his friend had zero decency to even apologize for the incident.
The building does not contain a service lift hence movement of goods through lift is avoided to retain the life of the lift. It's informed to all residents owners or tenants. all rules are equally applicable to all residents, never has their been any discrimination.
The apartment is a safe place for kids and elderly and pets alike. We have other owners who have pets are perfectly Happy, as they follow rules and no one has any issue with it.
Association is only a facilitator here and does not make any rules without residents approval and acceptance.
By the way, association has mails from Neel and his friend in which they have threatened the residents with police action and court cases when we objected to them leaving there dogs alone for long period, which caused the dogs to continuously bark for hours together (especially at 2am in night), so for this guy to say that someone threatened them is laughable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartment is very pleasant to go! It's surrounded near the city so everything is near by. I forgot to take the pics but in an overview the security is quite strict due to the corona which is also a good initiative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vijaya springwoods is located near begur road. Major Supermarkets, local grocery store, medical shops are in walkable distance.
The apartment has all basic amenities like Parking space for 2w/ 4w , lift, swimming pool, gym and club house (limited equipments), children play area, power backup, house keeping.
Power cut is frequent however the apartment has a generator. Water supply is regular now. House maids are available.
Security is supportive and friendly. Association is accommodating. Overall a nice place to rent/purchase if you're on a budget.
Issues: no sunlight enters on 3bhk side and gets very cold & humid. It attracts damp. Mosquito, cockroach issuees are there you have to do pest control at regular interval.
