I would say if anyone is looking for buying a flat in Navami funique project don't think one step back in buying a property think two steps forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part of Navami group is the quality of construction work and timely handing over of flats. Navami Funique is one of the best in terms of location and quality construction in Bangalore. We appreciate Navami for their tireless efforts to complete this project on scheduled time even during the tough time due to covid lock downs and related restrictions. The marketing team and Navami corporate office staff are very helpful and attentive. However, the team at the work site are not trained professionally to handle the issues faced by their clients especially during the interior works. There should be more transparent regarding amenities and other facilities as even at the last stage of completion we feel they are not sure about the amenities.
Thanks for the entire Navami team for all their efforts and all the best for their future projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Number one jadugar anand builder, u will feel very nice when actually talking to this builder but you will never feel good after buying.
Worst builder seen in history of Bangalore they don't know the value of promises. Don't buy any property from Navami with your hard earn money. They actually have influence with local MLA, so after construction they will change the promises and say that can't be done government isn't giving permission and all.
They actually have 2 plans one is apartment and other project in same residence and plan to do business.
I will suggest if ur buying with your hard earn money please see other builder not Navami
If we talk about anything they will say for u to proceed official and file case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navami Funique is a fantastic project to buy and stay. I have bought 3 bhk flat and living peacefully. The project team and management team are very professional and attended to all our queries. The carpet area, location, bona-fide property, Metro Station are all the USP's of the project.
The purchase process, registration and handing over of flat was very smooth. The quality of the project, facilities, specifications are commendable. They have delivered more than what they have promised. No second thought to buy one more from Navami builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a good experience with Navami Funique flat purchase. They have been professional & helpful at all times. We had looked into multiple projects around hosur road, sarjapur road and found out that Navami Funique is best project to buy. The detail they have gone into in floor plan, carpet space, specifications, facilities is really appreciable. My flat of 1547 sqft is as big as 1800 sqft compare to other projects.
One should really look into this project before the purchase. The location , quality of construction are good.

As a resident of this beautifully built project wherein the builder has handed-over project before the scheduled time even in the pandemic.Also ha has given better specification and amenities than what was promised.Even the quality is on par with any good builder in Bangalore.
