★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice apartment complex. They have a good community here. There are several appreciable amenities as well.
The only drawback is that it's pricey. If you want a flat with a lot of area, it's very expensive. Almost all of the flats have been purchased so if you want to live here, you will likely have to rent a flat.
