As it is just 200 metres opposite of kaikondrahalli lake where tracks are for walking and jogging. The track is nearly 2 km. Regarding. Regarding the apartment it is divided into A and B blocks. Flats are comfortable and spacious. For the differently abled, entrance, parking area and lift facility available. For children separate playing space available. Generater and 24 hours water supply provided. Education side, Play schools, High school, and colleges are nearby only.
