★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very serene atmosphere , neat and clean campus , sufficient space for playing activities of children , swings , slips , merry go round etc available for kids , small swimming pool both for men and women separately , small shopping and cafeteria also available . Like it . Worth living locality .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A strong warning for other renters who casually get trapped into this society. Key Points: First maintenance charges, there is no transparency to charges, there is always increments and special charges often sent back to tenant/owners. Second. MC groups- each year a different group takes over, constant infighting in forums, the current MC are highly infamous, as they take several autocratic decisions, including a failed attempt to make all amenities on chargeable basis. Club facilities are average compared to Prestige /Others at the rate people are charged. Carpenters/Plumbers/Electricians charge you for even most common tasks. Third: Animosity at tenants, MC doesnt want tenants to make any opinion. Tenants in this society have no rights, one of the reasons where several tenants over the last few months have left this society. Think about before moving here with family. As Cons outdo Pro

-many comments I am reading through is that we have to pay for using the amenities like club house and everything else even after paying for the maintenance? Is it true?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of taking apartment on rent. Reasons :
1. Huge discrimination between people on rent and Owners. People on rent are prohibited from expressing their valid views by the association.
2. New Association follow their own rules and do not follow the government guidelines
3. Association is trying desperately to ensure all amenities are paid (over and above the maintenance)
4. This is a Christmas dominated society who do not allow Hindu or Sikh festivals to be celebrated
5. There is major discrimination between north and south Indians. There have been posts on my gate where south Indians have posted garbage against north Indians
6. There are fines slapped on people on rent without a proper justification. Hence people are running away.
7. Look at apartments closely to realise that the building is aging faster than expected. Many cracks. Not maintained well. Maintenance team will not help
8. All maintenance is to be born by tenants : owners residing get it done free of cost.
Very poor society for Tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second visit to Bangalore. Concorde Manhattan is central location in the electronic city. Though it is far from airport, but the view is worth it. Surrounded by tech giant like Infosys all the facilities are available. The society itself is very beautiful and very much secure. There are 2 levels of basement parking. A Jogging track where the morning workout can be done surrounded by greenery. There is also a tennis court in the society. The building I stayed at had 4 flats on one floor. The rooms are big with proper ventilation and light. The view is magnificent. The breeze is so cool that no need for even a fan, forget about AC. A separate wash area is provided. Big enough to accomodate 2 washing machines. There are two supermarkets in 500m range. You get everything required in household. There is a Gym just opposite the society. A great place to live. If you want to experience living in paradise, this is it.

Has lot of open space , many parks for kids, a ground to play football, cricket etc, basketball court , tennis court , shop, theatre, salon, atm, medical shop, gym ... etc . Basically the covid time never felt like a locked up situation just because we were living here. Kids has so many options to play here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment is spacious with a tennis court, play area for children, swimming pool, football ground,walking track,indoor play area,ampi theatre, restaurant and shopping area.Its on stop place with decent crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited family who recently shifted here. The place has good facilities and is spread out over a big area so it feels nice and airy. Overall maintenance is good except for the basement car parking area which is dimly lit and dodgy looking. They have a good play area at the back but unfortunately they don’t allow pets on it even if you promise to scoop the poop but however they do have a medium sized dedicated dog park near the entrance which is a nice touch. Security is also on point and you can see the management is active in their duties. Also it would be good to have more trash cans provided around the premises.
