★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a flat owner's and rent agency person Chandru's monopoly and together they are looting badly the rentee in the name of cleaning, bathrooms etc during move in/move out. They will not return deposit even if rentee handover flat in good condition. Very bad experience with Ajmera's rent agency.
