★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment, excellent amenities like children play area, jim, meeting hall, parking etc.. maintenance excellent, power backup for common areas, good enough parking space and good security like each house having fixed phone with video call for main entrance and maintaining CCTV for each and every floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water issue can never be resolved in this apartment. Flat owners are least bothered about the problems tenants facing here. When we shifted here we were told that borewater is more than enough and so far they have not called a tanker even once. but the situation is just opposite. Due to water issues they increased maintainence amount twice within 6 months.With kids its really hard to manage without water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so calm and quite, proper ventilation and lighting is there for all most all flats. It has best terrace garden which you will enjoy a lot. They have individual water meter for each flat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend used to live here. Though, you can expect a deposit of around 20,000 to 25,000 per person but the flat is awesome.
The locality is nice and you have so many shops to purchase your daily needs. It is also near to Infosys.
There's a balcony where you can view the street. There is ample parking space at the ground floor. A gym is there and a small playground with rides are also there for Kids.
