★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gated community with an average elevation which makes the community less crowded and comfortable place to stay.
Being an owner, i have felt a sense of satisfaction when i take a stroll around the building in the jogging track while the cold breeze caresses my cheeks.
the 2 swimming pools, a club house and gymn seem to serve the purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medium sized complex.. 200 apartments good build quality and amenities, great place to live. Slightly away from busy noisy congested and polluted Neeladri road, there is serenity in this place... However the construction work ongoing in adjacent plot created unbearable noise for apartments with south facing balconies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big society...with all basic amenities and 24*7 security . They have mygate app based entry system. Even alternative weekends ( Sunday) they have kids and other stalls at their premises.
Must rent a flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be watchful of the landlords, who overcharge for the rented apartments here, and heavy maintenance too. One of my friend was telling that he was charged 2 months rent and maintenance from a landlord in B block , even after serving the notice period. The securities are also having a greedy attitude. Please check with the neighboring flats for knowing the rent before you opt for an apartment.
