★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought LG Microwave Oven for my mom and the sales rep there explained it very patiently, clearly and even provided me ways to bring the expenditure down.
He also suggested recommendations on kitchen chimneys for my home kitchen.
The people here are very courteous and will welcome you genuinely. 11/10 for in-store shopping experience. Keep up the good work team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is located in electronic city phase 1 opposite to reliance showroom. I went to buy a samsung refrigerator. The products were good but i could not find the one i was looking for.
My friend suggested to go to cromo store because they will give good discount and more importantly they will also provide the products for the online price. That is true.
If we ask them they will try to help us by give to the same price as in online. I bought a mobile phone for the same online price. One good thing is that i could see the phone physically and feel it as well which i cannot do it in Online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and defective products. We purchased a cooler but its making so much of noise and we are saying them that its noisy and asking for replacement. They are not ready to provide that nor resolve the issue.
Also they cheated us and sold 02/2021 model which is old by lying to us saying thats the only one available.
@Croma tell me one thing what is the use of having the warranty then? We customers raise complaint since its defective. Dont try to bluff by saying that its working fine. Think from customer perspective. You are not going to lose anything you can send it back to manufacturer but what about customer ? Kindly think before you bluff to customers and give priority to customer feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their reps are good in talking among themselves than attending to customers. No one to explain the feature of the product. Not expected this kind of service.. very bad experience. Got a better experience in Reliance digital which is right opposite.. Had a great customer service and bought the products required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After doing some online research on high end washing machines, end up at Croma to explore more about product fit, finish and look, got a pretty good deal than any of the online sellers. Finally booked my product and waiting for the product delivery where the product being dispatched from Mumbai. On the store visit experience, there's decent place to park 2 wheelers not sure on 4 wheelers, staff welcomed and routed to the respective section executives as expected. Sales executives were having good knowledge about the products even minor details to take informed decision and offers available to choose from debit/credit card, emi and store gifts. I will review after an month on post delivery experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a smart TV from the store , they were supposed to deliver the next day. But no response, moreover they don't provide any contact number on their bills and customer care number never connects. So absolutely you got no option to contact them but instead you need to check out again by visiting their store.
Better go for online purchases on electronic gadgets.
