My house owner called this guy to service my apartment geyser. He came with the Geyser heating coil and replaced it. Then he told both connection pipes are damaged, so need to replace that as well (it was not actually damaged). I have seen one pipe was broken by himself (And he made me to pay for that pipe as well). Then he told heating coil will cost RS 700, Pipes will cost RS 200 each and his service charge will be RS 300. He took RS 1400 from me and when I asked for heating coil's cover to see the MRP, he scratched only that MRP part and given me. When I checked in google, I came to know that same brand will cost RS 300 only. We had an argument regarding same and he told he will send a photo of that particular brand when he is back in his shop. He went back and shared a photo of some other brand which will actually cost RS 700. But He neglected to share the photo of the one he used at my apartment. I asked for the exact one again and again, he was not responding to my messages. I went to his shop physically next day and asked him to show me the exact piece he have used at my apartment. He started fighting with me and used bad words as well. I came back home and put a review in google. Then he called me and threatened that he will go to Police. No problem Sir, Please go to police and do whatever you want as a police case will not exist against a google review. As a customer I have the right to share my feed back about your shop. Do whatever you want. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Go at your own risk. I personally feel it is a HUGE RISK to visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy was called for servicing a geyser in our apartment by our apartment supervisor. He only brought the spare parts and I paid for it. Later when
I checked online and at other retail shops, came to know that he cheated me by charging extra. Service charge was 300 rupees ( which is fine becuase he fixed the geyser) but on top of that he took an extra 200 on spare parts. He told that spare part he took was branded and good one, so it costs more.
