★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst service. They just want the customer to be paying money. And after that, they will start playing with you. Had purchased Haier washing machine last 1.5months before & having some technical issue. Also Installation not done in a proper manner. From the day one chasing Unilet team to resolve the issue. But getting response saying that I will get clear tomorrow. Here tomorrow never ends.
Worst service & pls consider other service providers near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with Unilet. Purchased a 55 inch TV recently at a competitive price. Special mention of Nayak G, sales person at Unilet.
Two things that made it a good experience:
1. Sales person never pushed me into buying a specific product. He was very patient and detailed in his explanation. All my queries were answered and features of various products were explained.
2. Initially delivered product was damaged, they ensured that a new product was replaced immediately in 1 day and installed by coordinating with company staff. Unilet sales person accompanied the delivery at my home. All this while they were in regular touch with me.

The product was delivered the same day and installation was also done by Mr. Umesh swiftly n efficiently. Very much happy and content. It's worth the money and time..
