★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. The branch manager is not even fit to be a cleaner. This branch is only functioning because of a good employee at counter 2 otherwise a pathetic branch. Despite all proof of communication that has been shown to the manager, he still denies and calls another employee to take the blame. And ignores us while physically present at the branch despite making the trip from abroad. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a loan and branch manager was very supportive and patient enough to explain all my queries and she is updating the status on phone.very professional branch manager Shalini Ma'am and bank staff.above all we have to understand that SBI staff have to handle all kinds of crowd unless like private banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank employees are very supportive and helping. Bank manager was also very kind and professional. Everyone including the guard and counter folks helped and resolved our problem effectively without any problem. This bank is very clean, spacious and ambience was also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see much decent and prompt SBI branch. All staff are patience and supportive. Only thing is we need to carry every documents original, Xerox and Passbook along with you for every Account management activities.
Cash deposit machines in the ATM counter below the building saves us so much of time. Multiple ATMs are available at same premises.
For Passbook entries, we dont need to stand in queues. couple of passbook printer kiosks are available in the under ground ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with this bank branch..we went for new account opening regarding home loan,things were processed as fast as possible. Staffs are decent, cooperative. Crowd is less, so good to visit during COVID situation. Proper sanitisation maintained. Branch Manager has also been very helpful.

1. Adorable behavior with perfection.
( I deal with counter no #7 employee)
2. I went there on Saturday evening; less people!
3. Better accomodations for customers, proper sitting arrangements & more.
4. Strictly following queue followers!✓
Minus points:-
1. Lack of |PROPER| wheelchair path for special ones.
2. I'M unable to take "1"perfect brief click of this branch.?sorry buddy!
