★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 times I tried updating my SBI passbook while using the passbook updating machine but failed! They kept useless machine which does not work most of time.No one from Bank is serious about it???Lazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless manager and employees.... Worst SBI branch in India... Both the lady employees have zero knowledge about bank procedures & have the worst attitude towards all customers, especially senior citizens... Lazy, arrogant and zero sense of duty....Do not have your account there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't go to that branch, even after going to the branch don't go to the lady who sits there in right side, she don't know how to treate customers who goes there and she is a such irresponsible employee to the sbi.because of those type of people, sbi reputation is damaged. I request manager to suspend that lady from the post and give her permanently Rest so she can enjoy without doing any work.
I show middle finger to the service because I am in so much of frustration. I visit branch for 2 days and she didn't respond in a right way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't accept KYC update forms. Its a digitalization branch. Person has to visit other branches in Bangalore or transfer the account from home branch to nearest Bangalore branch.
