★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pathetic service. Never expected this kind of behaviour from Store Manager Balasubrinam and his staff. I bought AC last week after instlation water is leakaging from internal unit. After making 100 complaint issue has not been resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. After taking the money they don't bother about the customer service. For the delivery and installation i tried to call them 100 times but they didn't pick the call, when they pick did not give the proper response. i wish i could give the rating in negative.
never gonna buy anything in future from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my star rating from 5 to 1. Went to ask to port from Vodafone to jio at Neeladri road, Ecity store. Requested that the owner of the sim is a heart patient & hence cannot walk up the stairs to the store. If possible can the finger authentication can be taken at his home which was just 250-300 meters away from the store. I was ready to accept & also accepted the answer as no, but then while i was talking to the gentleman, he was answering to me while checking his phone. He did not care to stop meddling his phone while talking to his customer. Probably porting did not have any monetary benifit to him, but i guess a business should not have this attitude. Awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I have purchased a new double door fridge from this outlet. The delivery happened after I called 3 times to the customer service centre. 2 days have passed since , the installation has still not happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible manager. Rude. Irresponsible. Hasn’t trained the staff. Lift isn’t working since 2 days but he has done nothing about it. Staff are all the time on mobile watching videos. Nobody knows which floor has what. Utter chaos and badly managed store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good place to shop home appliances. Staff is professional and helpful. Sometime you feel a sense of biasness when you are explained a product, but that you can manage if you go prepared on what to buy. My advice is to ask for alternative options also when you are asked to buy additional warranty plans, etc.to become eligible to avail some cards discounts. Excellent service by Srinivas, Minakshi and Pooja. Product was delivered next day as promised. Thanks Pooja and Minakshi for arranging installation even during evening hours of the delivery day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a iphone 13 (256gb) from this store. Sales boy are friendly, they help you with exact product details and also make you understand why you should go with this option. They also had offer running in their store. They will force you to buy insurance for product but with a very healthy way.

They have answered most of the questions and always suggested better options for the products which we enquire.
I don’t have any concerns with them other than parking, they do have bike parking but car parking isn’t available,
And finance desk is also available in this store.
