★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two weeks back I visited the Surya Nagar Chandapura branch (SBIN0017606) bank and requested for Saral Corporate Internet banking, the manager said that your CIF is still in old branch so I will request them to transfer the CIF to this branch. Then again I visited the branch after 5 days then she told me to come tomorrow and when I visited the bank again on the next day they gave me the Internet banking Kit and told me to use it after 24hrs, when I tried to login it wasn't activated. Then again I visited the bank and said the issue then they told me that some problem in the server, when I told the Manager she came and guided her staff to do as she said and then told me to use it after 24hrs.
After the long waiting again I tried to login it's still showing Invalid user name & password.
Really the SBI is working like a Government office, at least if we give money there the work will be done fast but in this bank they are least bothered of the customers.
Hope a better reply on this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all the SBI branch staff’s are extremely lazy and this beach is no exception. Even to get a small request done, u will have keep following up with these guys for weeks. Branch managers of king of couch potato.
