★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say never visit this store they are cheaters,there is a guy called ABU he is worst guy dont know how to handle the customer i have given my mobile for dispaly issue after that there is no response from them we need to follow up with them everytime,there satff is also very careless no response.At the end when i asked for receipt for the display they said there is no receipt...Such a worst expereince with this store. I would have given negative rating if its there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I bought S10 e. They have given a lot of offer on this phone. First they have given me 6k discount on hdfc cc. Second they have given a year insurance on corporate mail I'd. Third they have given me an extra case cover. Forth they offered me samsung watch worth 20 k @ just rs. 5k.
I m super happy. ?
Thank u Samsung.
Apart from discount the staff members were too good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store staff is highly ignorant towards customers. They really do not care what you require. Any question you ask them they will answer you in the most unprofessional manner. I think they have not even heard of customer centricity forget about displaying it. Not sure how do these people get hired when really worthy and needy people are jobless. Brands like Samsung should do sometime some kind of check on the way people are treated in their stores even if they are not directly managed by them, end of the day it's 5he brand image of Samsung which gets impacted. I am forced to give it one star as I cannot rate it any lower further.

This store have adequate collection of devices on display. The store attendent is well mannered and explained me about the device as well as offers quite clearly. You can make purchases using several modes of payment including credit cards to get no cost EMI offer if available for your device. The outlet is spacious with ample parking outside. You can visit the store to gather information about their products & it's availablity.
