★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for an apartment to rent omit NR White meadows. Following are the long list of issues
1) Poor Construction - Construction quality is really pathetic.
2) Water Problem- There is no Kaveri connection,there is borewell connection but not sufficient water.Tankers are being called daily. Very hard water.My water Purifier got spoiled because of such water.
3)Amenities-unhygienic and poorly maintained.
4)Politics- Well,what should i say. they make people cheap and rude.If there is any issue management is not cared and ignore.
5)Monthly Maintenance- Well It was 1800 earlier then 2500,now 3000.What you get in return is NOTHING apart from Looting.
5)Lift-Dont count on it,it is dead sometimes.Mind you apartment has 3 lifts. one is not installed and other 2 lifts will be pathetic with the rust.
Rent is costly with 3000 Maintenance.You will find something at similar cost or less than this with good services.
This place is getting chaotic day by day.

Maintenance is very high for the services they provide. people here will not live peacefully as this apartment has worst association which they cannot handle rather than fights. Maintenance of this apartment is very worst. Not so safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great place to stay, too much of water problem. No proper security facility. Plumbing is not proper and awful smell which come from the washing area will effect the kids. However, but the maintenance amount is increased for every 10 months. People react rude and they dont respond properly. And tenants are treated as low grade people.

And located in fully residential area.
We keep on improving apartment better like installed water meters and softener etc..
Easy to connect HSR layout. indiranagar, electronic city and bellandur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We own a flat over here from 2017. Good place to stay, peaceful environment, cooperative/helping/nice people and fully residential place.
Easy to connect major places, grocery, temples etc.. and metro station very near by.
We keep on improving apartment( installed water meters and softeners - 2019) and will do much as and when required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids are really a big trouble here... Too much of noise all day specially because of the swimming pool... Even the neighbours also gets disturbed specially those people who are doing work from home. Area wise it's a good area..
