★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to live. Good construction, Amenities, situated away from the city side hustle, Quiet, nice open are next door, planned parking, ADDA App enabled very convenient, back up, small but good community hall, Gym etc. Only shortage is a Swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in rent here for a year in A block. The house owner didn't refunded my dipost of 1 Lakh even after 7 months of vacating the house. After continuous follow up no one cared and stopped answering calls. Attached dis pic of the person. Never stay here on rent. His name is Syed Arif. Even After 15 months now not got my diposit refund raised police complaint too but no use. No one helped to get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here when the apartment was under construction when my friend bought from Ahad builders silver county. The builders gave the apartment well before the promised date. It had 6 blocks and about 168 homes. The apartment has a big&dedicated childrens play area and a gym and community hall separately. It has a a proper facility for entry and exit vehicles where the parking is on the ground floor.And it has 2 layers of basement parking also. Apartment will be mobbed once in two days and kept clean. The management was doing a good job of managing the apartment well. apartment well before the promised date. It had 5 blocks and about 180+ homes. The apartment has a big&dedicated childrens play area and a gym and community hall separately. It has a good ventilation since there are no buildings on the left if the apartment.
