★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project has deviation and is not approved by SBI bank so you cannot avail loan from SBI. Builder has constructed extra floor beyond approval. Also location wise , road is very narrow and full of potholes and no lighting on road leading to the project. Construction quality also not good and cracks already appearing on walls .
