★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have paid 5900 for two cylinders and have never received the second cylinder. I have to pay penalty and the office refuses to acknowledge that they have taken money for two cylinders. I have never received the second cylinder and they are unwilling to check their records of payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is okay with this agency as such but this rs 30 delivery charge practice needs to stop. This is highly irritating. The slip clearly says no delivery charges but delivery guys are asking everytime.
Pls treat customers with respect, same way as we treat you guys with resect for your hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No good and don't care for customers, just like most other gas agencies in Bangalore. I personally feel that try their best to irritate their customers with a series of bureaucratic processes. Specifically designed to make your life difficult and ensure the agencies mint more money. A simple request to transfer can turn out to be a nightmare !
I wish companies like Indian Oil did something to improve the services, especially for the kind of inflated cost for LPG today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for new connection all task done within 30 40mins, was smooth and realy appreciate the lady handling call every 1 minute at the same time working on other task as well, i will rate 5* for now hope the future gas delivery also goes smooth.
New update: Got new connection delivered home within 2 days as promised.

Only disadvantage is it's quite inside from main road. Otherwise everything is good I feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst indane agency I have ever seen in Bangalore, there are too many options just don’t go here it’s impossible to get a proper response from them for anything. Even after waiting for delivery for a week you may end up going to office to pick up the cylinder be ready to be ur own delivery person when you get a connection from them

But staff need to improves in giving details to customer.
They only having confusion in some concepts, and make us also confusing,
Ofice located in cool environment and too away from the main road, need to take auto or other vehicles if u don't have own vehicle.
Nearby no printing shops available, be careful if you don't take up your documents properly.
