★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys respond very fast. My cylinder was exhausted at 7.30 PM. I called them and they gave me by 8 PM. Very fast and responsive, excellent customer service. But looking at the cylinders of MVR with no expiry date and very worn out state I literally got insanely scared (Yes, gas cylinders have expiry date and its mandatory as per law to print it. Private guys do not print it to resue cylinders beyond expiry). I am just waiting when it will be over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever book gas from this agency. And in case it is an emergency, he is supposed to have a contract form having details of the refund information. Ensure you have a copy of the same. I booked a gas from him for ₹2400 for which I was promised ₹1000 refund if I cancel the connection in 1year (which in itself is a scam). The guy who picked the gas after disconnection calls another person, abuses him as to why he agreed for a ₹1000 refund, argues with me and then hesitantly hands over ₹950. No business ethics at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I purchased 12 KG private (Total) gas connection from them, they charged Rs 1600 as refundable deposit plus Rs 250 for regulator and promised to refund if I return the connection after 3 years. However, after 3 years when I tried to get the refund by returning the connection, they said they cannot give more than Rs. 800. Even the Total gas company website claims that Rs 1600 is refundable.
Further, on each refill order, they charge more price than whats listed on company website. Please refrain from buying at this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are highly unprofessional people. They will not respond to your call if you want to surrender connection. I had to call them 3 days and request to take back cylinder. They are also selling the 12kg cylinder overpriced, which is more than other vendors.
Since i had no idea of government gas connection and these guys were near and ready to give connection in a day, I had taken a connection with them for 4400 rs in June 2015, that includes gas stove, one 12 kg cylinder, pipe and valve.They verbally told that 1600rs will be returned when you surrender the connection,but they gave a bill which doesn't mention any of that. Now when i returned cylinder they gave me back 600 only telling some stupid rule,like if you return in an year it's 1000, in 2nd year 800, and 3rd year 600. They just made their own rule and didn't even bothered to let us know. How can someone do that!! If a customer has been with you for 3 years and surrenders connection, you should pay him more than the one who returned in an year, makes sense right. I didn't find their services up to mark as well. So, I took an Indane connection and stopped using their services a year ago. This cylinder was just lying around.
My advice# take a government connection where you get subsidy as well. It's pretty easy now a days. Nothing like old days and Indane delivery is pretty fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service is quick but they will increase 100/- every month saying gas charges are increasing. govt rates are much cheaper. also will try to deduct from the security deposit for random reasons. not a good experience. instead go with govt supply.
6-July: its been 3 weeks after closing the account and still no refund as agreed upon. multiple calls and reminders, moment you ask for refund they get busy either driving or shop closure.
