2019 got a connection, then was told to come after an hour, the process took only 10 minutes or so to get the paperwork done. But that "come after 1 hour" still hurt me. So I was dreading the bureaucratic red tapism that would come for a location change. Pleasantly Surprised!! Still befuddled that it took less than 10 minutes, it could have been lesser as I dropped during morning ablutions of the institution!! Nagesh was the one who helped me. This was a very Pleasant experience with regards to any official work in recent times!! ???

I got a new gas connection from LVN gas agency with ease. I submitted document and the very next day I got my gas cylinder.

Easy to transfer gas connection to LVN. No copy of the documents asked. They update the address based on the the proof that you provide. Transfer of connection happened within 5 min. I have experienced worst situations within bangalore that even after submitting the address proof, they dont update the address and all the time you book a new cylinder, you need to update the address with delivery boy. Easy to identify the office and no confusions in the location.

I booked cylinder online on 12th April. It was shown to be delivered on 13th April but didn't receive the cylinder. Have visited the distributor and requested the matter. Unfortunately, they gave me no clue what their delivery boys were doing nor had they predetermined. On16th, delivery boy came with cylinder but without a receipt. Receipt handed over only after sharing the OTP which i did not know exactly what fraudulent mind behind the otp ask. It is understood that they made a second booking on behalf of me and compelled me to share the OTP. This proves that its a direct cheating, without Consumer consent they're booking duplicate cylinders. I wonder when a duplicate booking made but original booking is shown as delivered already...where is it gone ? Well, the ask was simple to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, LVN was reluctant to look into the matter, instead resisted as if they know. Also, it was rude, irresponsible and unprofessional indulged. I was yelled and uttered they're not the responsible, go ahead and deal with delivery boy. Can this be investigated and update our records with Bharatgas. 28/04/2022 : I see an update that duplicate booking made by them is now cancelled. Appreciate it. Unacceptable point is Unprofessional, Irresponsible indulge when a Consumer visits multiple times with a Fraud being made by you.

Update: Got it done after the review from 1star to 4 after getting followed up by them Even the delivery personnel apologized for being rude and saying get it from the main gate next time when I denied his 'delivery charge' or tips. But still awaiting someone to convert my pipeline gas to LPG Looking forward to a good relation with the agency from now on I have been following up with the gas agency for the past 4 days, but to no avail. Had applied for a new connection in Saturday afternoon, been calling them up ever since. The standard response is that it is our for delivery, should be there in sometime. Didn't get any calls/updates as to where/ even when it will be done. They are quick to ask you for all the payment upfront, but the follow up is just painful

UPDATE - After connecting with the delivery person. The gas cylinder was delivered with 2 to 3 hours. So changing the review from 1 star to 3 as the delivery guy was really helpful. The delivery tracking and booking confirmation could be better and automated. EARLIER REVIEW Inefficient staffs and service. Customers need to follow up to get the booking, which is painful. Had booked a refill cylinder and the employee at the agency asked for the registered phone number and told me to wait until the next day. Well, today is "the day" and I was supposed to get the cylinder before 10:30 AM but I still haven't received it. There is no way to track the delivery and one has to rely on calls. Called the agency again and they gave the delivery guy's number. I called the delivery guy and his response was he is not aware of the delivery to my location and asked me to wait for another 2 hours. I have been calling him every one hour ever since. Why are customers asked to follow up? When you take the bookings, why don't you print out the sheet and give it to the delivery guy at the time of delivery to keep track of the deliveries? At this age, when Swiggy/Zomato and other online operators have tracking, why can't you guys change to that mode of operation?
