★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus cleanliness and appearance is no doubt is awesome. They provide good quality snacks and water during the travel. Only thing is the timings of their pick up. To maintain their timings they do anything for it, I was late for 10 mins at the boarding place. There was continuous calls from the driver, the cleaner and surprisingly the office staff who will call you from their respective office location and asks you to be there in 5 mins and threatens that, if ur not there in 5 mins, they will leave you and go. When I requested that I will be there in 10 mins, he tells your time ends in 5 mins, that’s all. They have a problem in showing the arrival and departure time in the website while booking the tickets. Once u book, ur boarding time shows it different, which created all this confusions. The worst thing is, please don’t take any old people in this bus, they do not stop any where to go for the rest room in the morning except for ur dinner. Even if you tell u want to vomit, they don’t. Just because they want to keep up the good work of being punctual, they cannot forget the situation of the people sitting inside and waiting for them to atleast give them a break of breathing outside of the AC. Not to forget the rash driving. My God, you will not be able to sit in one place. Rest the bus maintenance is super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest everyone not to book a ticket in this travels.
I have booked ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad and I haven't received any tracking details and bus coordinator Phone number. I am received call from coordinator and i asked him to wait for 5 mins at pickup point. They left and asked me to come to Hebbal. I took the cab and went there within 15 mins bus was not there.
Very cheap travels. Please avoid this bus.
It is a weird experience

Just you guys should have a good stop for food.
Because the food you will get on the stop ends up making people sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very very very professional travels. The bus was super classy and clean. Our bus was from Goa to Bangalore. After 1hr from goa the bus met with a minor accident and the glass broke down into pieces. The team of the bus(3men) took 1hr to take the bus into road from the drain. Our flight was in the very next morning 10a.m from bangalore. And we were quite sure that they could not make it. At mid night they stopped the bus , took care of our dinner, repaired the bus which took 2hrs. And completed the 11hrs journey in just 7and half hour and let us catch our flight. The behaviour of the bus driver and his support staffs are very good. You can definitely choose this travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Introducing toilets in the bus maybe a good idea, but they sure don’t know how to maintain it. The bus reeks of urine smell and it’s disgusting to travel for 11 hours long in such environment. Sure as hell, I’m not taking these buses again.
They claim their bus is so good, the curtains are really dirty!!
