★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is closed now. The owner has cheated many people and absconded with their money. Beware of such travel agents. It's always better to go with a reputable agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fraud and cheater agency. I applied for single entry Singapore visa, and he sent me a multiple entry visa. These cheaters took Rs. 4000 (told me 3000 before applying, once the visa arrived, he raised it to 4000) for a visa worth Rs 2000. I would never recommend this service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud. Kept us running pillar to post for a train ticket that they could not confirm in 3 days, and then no response when it came to refund. It actually turned out that there were several tickets available on IRCTC website on different trains, so we even got to understand about their competency. Zero commitment or ownership, and absolutely not trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bunch of unprofessional. I urgently needed a train ticket and approached them last month. Asked them to get a Tatkal Ticket from Bangalore to my home town which they were charging 1700 rupees extra than the regular tatkal fare. Then they kept push-selling flight tickets but I had over 50kg luggage and said that I would have to take a train. Took the entire money in advance and then completely stopped receiving phone calls for almost 3 days. They could not get the ticket and nobody is ever there in their office when we visited 3 times to get a refund. The owner diverted his calls to his wife's number who is programmed to always say that he is in a meeting no matter what time of the day or night. I eventually had to call from a different phone number which he picked up thinking that it is a new "murga". Finally we got our refund but had to travel to a completely different location to collect it. It was so frustrating dealing with them that we actually were considering going to the police while on the way to this new unknown location. Please beware.
Also, PLEASE DO NOT GO BY THE GOOD RATINGS, I did that too. They are mostly submitted by their friends and family to get the rating high enough. THE POST YOU SEE FROM A PERSON NAMED GIRISH (in this thread) IS ACTUALLY THE PERSON WE SPOKE TO WHO KEPT BLAMING A PERSON NAMED ARUN WHO YOU CAN ALSO SEE AS A CONTRIBUTOR ON THIS FEEDBACK THREAD. NEEDLESS TO SAY GIRISH AND HARISH COULD ACTUALLY BE BROTHERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are B2B agent from Sri Lanka.We did a tour with HRS travels and we gave superb service their clients.But this agent did not payed our payment of 15000INR since 14th feb. Do not get their service for your vacations. They are unprofessional and fake people.Beware these kind of people.
We are repeating do not get their service.They will runway with your money.Tell this news your all friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst travel operator., He is not a travel agent but commission agent and broker. Make my trip or goibibo would give better service than Girish - Owner of HSR Tours.
Had been to a customised Rajasthan Trip with him. Cheated by booking the cheap quality rooms. Committed for 3 / 4 star room, but he booked 2 star category or low graded rooms.
Even after paying the entire money in advance to the agent here in Bangalore, he demanded more during the trip saying that he will refund.
The entire trip was spoiled because of his poor planning and execution.

Do not use this service for anything.
I wanted a flight reservation done for my Schengen visa interview.
And this person first took the money and kept me waiting for 10 hours without giving me my document.
He also stopped receiving calls.
Finally at 8pm in the night he tells me that he won't be able to provide service leaving me in a miserable condition.
He wasted my previous time and I had to keep making multiple phone calls without any service .
This person ( called Girish) is the most unprofessional person . Never use his services for anything. I repeat Never !!!!!!
P.S : Finally I got my work done through a travel agent named Amit from a different company ( in Delhi) who did my work literally in 5min.
