★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment.. Most importantly its accessibility... It is very near to Eco Space 1 & 2, electronic city, white field, maratahalli & etc., Master bedrooms has less ventilation (It is lovable for people who likes to sleep in little dark areas :-) )... But second bedroom, Kitchen, Hall, Dinning area etc., no need of light at all from morning to till evening 6.30 PM (Until sunlight OFF). Based on the apartment available space, they made all the amenities with minimal spaces. Yes swimming pool is small but we can't get the 5 star hotel swimming pool with 17 K to 20 K rent. In my way for a middle class family who can bear up to 21 K rent with 2 BHK flat, car parking, 24 hours security, Power back up, Gym, Functional Hall, etc., these apartments are more recommendable. One more good thing is association will celebrate major festivals very very nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location, facilities, safety and infrastructure are simply great. A well-maintained swimming pool, gym and 24/7 power are its plus points.
But the detractor is the apartment's association that passes random clauses without the consensus of its tenants and without any prior notice. Bachelors, even those who keep to themselves and cause no disturbance to others, live with the constant fear of eviction. Most occupants that live with their family oppose renting the flats to single women and bachelors citing cleanliness and behavior issues as their reason when the issues is common in the former group.
Single working, women and pet owners who are tenants, find it hard to cope with erratic decisions of the association and home-owners' helplessness to prevent sudden eviction. The apartment association must involve young and empathetic members to stop biased, illegal and discriminatory outlook towards single, working tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe only good thing with this is location. About 100 m from main sarjapur Road. Apartments are strangely designed. Master bedroom has zero ventilation. No natural light possible. Window opens in the gallery. Washrooms are very small and darkened. They often have issues with the STP water in washrooms which always bears very bad smell. Quality of electrical fittings is very poor. Maintenance charges are too high for the amenities provided. Swimming pool is in rooftop but is small. Also, there are cleanliness issues with it. Gym and party hall are also small. Gym has poor quality equipments. Children's play area is just for namesake purposes. Utility shops are just outside which is good. Approach road has a lot of issues during rain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never stay on rental in this apartment. The society management are very orthodox minded people and are against any north Indian or bachelor staying in this apartment.
Since the flats are small, the moment any visitors visit your society they will send you a notice within 6 hrs saying that you were making noise. Within 2 instances of such noise you will be asked to leave the apartment in 7 days without accepting any explanations. Its almost like living in a PG for bachelors because if any of you visitors visit the apartment or stay in your flat the society will look at it negatively and ask you to vacate the flat.
The flats here are small, conjested and ventilation is poor.
Since water is recycled washrooms can smell really bad after flushing.
Electrical connections are poor (had to almost spend 2k in 2months)
Only good thing is it seems safe and the pool is on the terace which makes it usable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really peaceful and serene stay. Convenience at its best. Grocery vegetables, bakery and salon is at the doorstep. Good connectivity to Sarjapur Main Road. Parking could be more to accommodate more visitors vehicles. All Food delivery apps deliver to the location. Act, Spectra are good network providers at the place. Power backup and maintenance by association is really solid. Security people (specially head security Chandu) are really friendly and cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment complex. Close to Wipro Sarjapur office. Has all amenities like swimming pool (rooftop), power backup, 24/7 water, parking etc. Best thing is, almost 500 restaurants deliver to this area via Zomato/swiggy. No disturbances at all. The location is so perfect that although it is near to the Sarjapur main road, you do not get disturbed by the cars/bikes.
