There is Cross ventilation in the entire flat. Quality of construction is Good. All amenities required for a Modern High Standard Living have been provided. There is community room, Jim, Closed Swimming Pool as well as Terrace swimming Pool. Ample Perking space is provided in two underground parkings. The team handling the construction of the project under the able guidance of Mr. Biju John is very professional and have high standards of work knowledge and experience. I did a lot of research with all the big name real estate projects in Bangalore and compared them before finalising purchase of flat in this property
