Good teaching methods, and teachers are well equipped to handle the children very effectively. Clean, open environment, and lots of space for the children to move around and learn.

She is always singing songs and talking about her class at home. Completely obsessed with it. Very friendly atmosphere both for kids and the parents as well.

Safe and peaceful environment with good infrastructure
The classroom and premises are very clean and well maintained with ample space
Teachers & staff are polite, approachable and gentle
They listen to feedback and consistently try to get better
Both teaching and support staffs are under the payroll of the school management (no external vendors)
Fees are affordable and relatively less as compared to other schools
They don't advertise or believe in unnecessary fancies
Cons:
They used to have a daycare facility but it was discontinued as they felt they don't have enough staff to run it (Otherwise my rating would have been 5)
If you are looking for a school where your kid feel safe (physically & emotionally) and grow in a caring environment without feeling the unnecessary pressure of academics, then you should visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elim Childcare and Preschool has an excellent campus, located very close to the Sarjapur Main Road, and easily accessible for anyone coming from either side of the Sarjapur Road. The place is very clean and nicely set up with big hall-like rooms having plenty of Montessori materials and other play items. Elim has a very nice and big out-door playground as well which is partly covered and partly open with many new and safe play items. The management and staff are very friendly and take care of the children with a service minded attitude. Any parent who visit that place will definitely like it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elim is a nice in your neighbourhood playschool. It is well managed and professionally run by a missionary society.
My son has been going here for past six months and I am pretty satisfied with the place so far. He goes to pre-nursery and the experience has been good. They follow the Montessori system and have a nice teaching methodology.
The classrooms are nice and spacious with all the learning tools needed for toddlers. The class teacher Ms Relda is an exceptionally nice teacher and she is always available for feedback and queries.
They have one teacher and two helpers in the pre nursery class of around 15-20 which is nice. All their manpower is full time associated with the school including the van drivers and helpers.
I would have given 5 stars if they had the below:
1. Effective use of online course management
2. Live Camera feed, which they don't have now.
