β β β β β shh, just got lucky I didn't kept my kid in this business(not school), they have Teachers without knowledge, Administration without management, don't know what is difference between SRKG or JRKG, My kid already completed JRKG and I want admission in SRKG, but these greedy group wants their customers(not parents) to take admission again in JRKG...β¦Y???
with idiotic reason saying my kid didn't go to play group with Montessori method of teaching despite giving them proof that the preschool was following Montessori,
boss if you want to make money, please say upfront, don't blindly run the business
PARENTS: IF YOU REALLY CARE FOR YOUR KID'S FUTURE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

β β β β β I like the food,very well cooked and seasoned...It's so good that some people even skip the lunch because they don't want to eat such good food...I would suggest the school to open a resteraunt.Same with the water,it smells so good and is so aromatic that people would rather not drink anything than drink the water.Even the water we wash our hands with gives a nice aroma making people avoid us.

β β β β β Very poor institution. I have applied for kid lkg, I have followed many time by calling them, but post 20 days they replied me saying seats are filled up. Thy could have inform me same with in same week. They kept me hold for 20days for same. Finaly they are saying position is open for sompura branch though i have not applied for sompura branch.Only money oriented school. Management is very poor.Think twice before applying for your kid.

This is one of the BEST school I have ever went till now! They give very healthy and delicious food. I have many friends in this school too.The teachers are very CARING and LOVING. There are many games like badminton, basketball, football, table tennis, squash and chess at school.
The classrooms are very spacious and well ventilated with natural air and light. I learnt many GOOD VALUES, GOOD BEHAVIOR, GOOD HANDWRITING and PROPER VOCAB from my teachers and friends too. Teachers teach us the concepts in very innovative and interesting method so that we understand them easily and get our full attention. School grows their own food too.

β β β β β Firstly, there is nothing international about this school. The school donot even have proper washrooms. Even public washrooms will be better than this. There is no staff room for teachers. They have to sit in corridors in their free time. I know few schools will loot money from parents but GEAR is above of all these because they loot from teachers also. They will mention something in offer letter but you will never get that in your hand. They will say free food and transport which again they will deduct from salary either you opt for it or not. The principal is a big joke here. She donot have mininum common sense that she has to talk to person privately in her cabin. She will shout at the person infront of everyone which is highly unprofessional.. Ms.pricipal, the school has provided you a separate cabin to talk to people in private, please make use of it. And finally, if u want to leave school, you have to a month salary. Please get some basic training on public speaking and communication as a principal.Mr. Srinivasan, the chairman will always talk about a book "Good to Great". Sir, first try to make your school a good one then great teachers will reach you ultimately...I will think that one month salary as my donation and atleast now try to develop your management. This is only one side of the coin. I was also parent here. My son got admission here. They charged 15000rs on books for jr.kg, but not a single book he got throughout the year. During PTM, I asked the teacher "when will they learn capital letters"?. To my surprise, she said they donot teach capital letters in montessori system. I was shocked and immediately pulled my son out of this school. And even after completed the year, they didnot teach alphabets completely. Thankgod that we realized it very early and took right decision. This school is nothing but a business with no ethics.

The teachers and admin staff are very courteous and extremely sincere. Any parental concern is taken care off with genuine care and sincerity.
My daughter loves her school. Good quality teachers at all grade levels. We are very happy to have found this amazing place for her.

β β β β β Although my son's present school is good, we sought for Grade I admission in this school as it is near to our home. They also conducted interview for my son in the month of January which went on well only. But they insisted immediate joining which we couldn't do as we have already paid full fees in the previous school for the whole academic year. Again when I contacted them in March when his schools were over, the response given by them is not quite satisfactory. I respect their decision about giving admission and all. But I believe there should be some acceptable reason behind it which was not at all there. I sincerely feel that this school is not student centric. Admission process is not transparent and their decision is not rational. I don't recommend this school.
