★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i bought our new car from this showroom. Nice ambience and staff. We reached there at 1:30 pm and we get car delivery at 4:35, and car was not ready. They will not arrange any surprise or any thing at ca delivery time. They will just give a car key to click pictures. Thats it..in some other brands i saw they will allow u to cut cake or offer you pandit to do pooja and many more things. Anyways it was ok..

First service done and then I had battary issue because of vehicle being idle and also needed some other work.
Everytime I had been there the greetings from the staff has been great from sales to service.
Starting from Anand who sold me the vehicle to the service manager Nawaz, RTO person Abhishek, service technician Bullet everytime they take care of the vehicle just like there owner and had explained me every charges well before implementing anything.
I also stood by the side of the technician when I wanted to watch the change of my battary .
As of know i am very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by Nexa Pratham motors. I really appreciate Mr. Naveen Kumar for his prompt response on all my requests. I found him very knowledgeable and professional. He brought vehicle at my door step for test-drive which I instantly booked after the test drive. Unfortunately, due to financial issue I had to cancel my booking for Bleno-Zeta after 3 days of booking. Mr. Naveen continued to provide his support even during the cancellation procedure. My entire booking amount was refunded with nominal deduction which was understandable. I am overall happy about my brief experience with Nexa Pratham motors. Bye the way, I did not visit the store physically, everything was done on phone and booking was made while I took the door step text drive.

He was prompt in his response and supported with all relevant queries, details and requests. Finance and true value teams were good as well. Great work! Had an overall happy experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased My Ignis Zeta AMT last month & I did my first servicing today from here as well. I am not a customer who's easily impressed by showroom gimmics. I expect for transparency. I wanted to purchase my vehicle from a showroom that keeps to the delivery deadline, updates me regularly & does not try to convince me for buying unwanted extras that I don't want. I am happy to say that my purchase experience was amazing. Delivery process was smooth, I was given complete clarity & every process was done transparently which is what I expected & they delivered. I would also like to recommend Mr Vivek who has promptly responded to my every query with his personal touch. I have visited many Nexa showrooms before deciding to purchase from Pratham Nexa, Sarjapur & have realized that my decision was correct. Thanks Pratham Motors. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very nice experience. Prem from Sarjapur Pratham Nexa was with me in every step from booking till delivery and even after delivery his support is fabulous.
After taking a deliver in the third day I started hearing some rattle sound and reached out to Prem. Though he was not available in the showroom he made sure my concern is addressed by coordinating with his other colleague. I am delighted with this attitude.
Overall a very nice good experience and will recommend this Nexa showroom for all.
