★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice apartment, medium sized. It's not too big to be crowded nor too small to be inadequate. Water and maintenance charges are on the higher side. Pool and gym are functional. Children's play area is small and has sand, not grass. No basketball/badminton court no cricket/football ground. But good ppl. Secretary and management are excellent. Very collaborative society with lots of events like weekly snack stall by fellow residents, festival celebrations etc.

Centrally located with every amenity right from, groceries, fruit& vegetables, chemist, spa, tech garage, liquor shops, all kind of meat, to schools, colleges, temples, two wheeler & 4 wheeler garages, beauty parlours, resto bars n snack shops, gyms, Banks & ATM's at walking distance. Well maintained garden around the association. Well architected apartments with light n cross ventilation in each room. Even all bathrooms have natural lights throughout the day. Best of all cosmopolitan crowd living in harmony.
