★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 4 stars when I started living here, its been 3 years now, I think it deserves 5 star and the management has been very proactive in stopping entry of outside vendors and house help. Though the measure are strict but it really helped to battle the case surge during COVID

I have also been lived around 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful community for family. Lot of greenery and beautiful landscapes. Well maintained society with lot of amenities for all age groups. Society is surrounded by Ibalur military forest & lakes. Beautiful Kasavanahalli lake is in walk-able distance.
Only drawback is the water... mainly depends on the tankers (common problem in all the societies around).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST PLACE TO LIVE. NO SECURITY. Would have given negative starts. My new car was vandalised and destroyed while in the parking spot in society, no guard was there no security cameras. No action was taken by anyone. Please don't ever stay here. Worst place. No safety and the society committee is also of no use. I am attaching the pictures so that you can understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the ultra premium venture of ozone evergreen. 1100+ apartments in phase 1 & 2. 13 floors and villas on 14th one.
Loads of amenities like club house, amphitheater, yoga deck, tennis court, play area ,swimming pool, GAIL etc. almost 80% free space.
Its an under construction project. Though its behind the schedule but looks like end product will be a lavish stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment complex with nice apartments. 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments nicely divided. Each with a balcony but the balcony’s are sadly not made to sit outside it’s mostly just to hang laundry. A lot of facilities to use: tennis court, basketball, pools, gym, a little grocery store and even a hairstylist. Everything is well maintained and clean. Though the gym is closed between 12-4 pm which is very inconvenient, because that’s the same time when Parks around are closed. So no possibility in exercising around that time. Might be a convenient time for most people but not for shift workers.
