★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish apartment! All 3 story towers, and as it is encircled by adjoining roads, all the apartments have big iron casing covering the balconies. You get a feel as if you are inside the tihar jail. No proper maintenance stuff, and after paying so much, you would need to literally beg 1-2 maintenance stuff to come and fix your fittings. The apartment is so damp that you would get to see mushroom growth inside your bathroom wooden work, if you have any. The apartment people are nasty and do all sorts of gossiping. I moved out of this chawl in 6 months!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A forward looking apartment complex. Secure place to live. Lot of cultural mix. The space is somewhat cramped. Earlier I had posted my review and several photos for this campus several months back. But they seem to have disappeared! That is the problem with crowd sourcing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was an excellent domicile few years ago, during 2k+ times. Offlate, could see dirts & dusts around the apartment down the edges...... almost. Adding on to it, could be much better if they do have visitor's parking slots for secure park. Having such a notable name in the town, Purvankara should look upon these ?
For the rest, it maintains its standard ! Thanks to the residents and the association ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here for the last 3 years. One of the oldest apartment onin HSR Layout but maintained very well. Safe for kids. Very well maintained gardens and amenities.

Great place to stay. Good for kids. Secure. .. gated complex with security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently been to buy a resale 2bhk. He said 2cr. 2cr you get luxurious apartment less than month old. Resale rates has gone down as the age of building is 12yrs now.
