★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to live in surrounded by wonderful people. Saw a negative review as well, except for the garbage plant smell others seem to be exaggerated. And if only one has a negative review, then we know where the problem lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This area is close to a garbage plant. It smells horribly and very unhealthy for kids and elders too.
The society also has some major drawbacks-
1. No play ground for kids and they end up playing in the parking lot. This often damages your car and materials kept in your balcony since the cricket ball keeps coming. In case you are working from home, taking calls becomes painful
2. Basic facilities are challenging. Plumbers, electrician, carpenter etc very difficult to find. Thanks to Housejoy, you can find sometime these days
3. Like all other society, it has a bunch of committee members. Most of them are very partial towards owners and bends toward community. In case you are renting and not local it's difficult as you will find them tremendously unrealistic and unreasonable.
4. Some flat owners are very intrusive and they do not believe in privacy. I was being told once that one should not expect a privacy in apartments
5. Water clogging inside the parking and entrance during heavy rains
I do not recommend this place for renters. In case you are bunch of bachelors then big no as the so called community takes pleasure in humiliating them and very judgemental. I'm living with my family but still I feel it's very awful. It's my personal opinion but you should consider checking with others too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay.Kids are amazing in this society. They share knowledge help each other to grow. All most all kids are best in their school. Elder kids take care of small kids.Many facilities are very nearby. Kaveri water for all use. Security is one of the best in hsr. This society is best for social family people..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome build quality of apartments, but its location is major disadvantage. it's plagued with foul stench and excessive smell from nearby waste dumping yard. There are instances of waterlogging in basement too. Society is good. You will easily get sick here due to the air quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society. People are enthusiastic and keep working on it to make it a better place. Society has a swimming pool which is well maintained, with not so well maintained Sona, steam room and jacuzzi tub. Gym is also decent. The main negative is the smell because of a nearby garbage treatment plant.
