★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live! The people in the community are great, and are easygoing. The community also encourages a very eco-friendly lifestyle, and several residents are very active in civic causes.
The community is also very safe for children and pets. There are cameras located in all common areas, thus enhancing the safety measures.
The apartment is well located- there are great market options, restaurants, hospitals, schools and playgrounds near by. The roads have improved, but are not very great, and the traffic is moderate.
However, the facilities are not up to the mark, as the swimming pool is dysfunctional and so are gym equipment. Nonetheless, there are several options for the same nearby and thus should not be a reason to not shift to this community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to stay. Bad smell throughout this area due to bbmp garbage dump nearby. Not pet friendly, no visitor parking space, illiterate guards and weird management style. Mrs laithamba and her useless army without brains. No swimming pool and gym also non functioning. Manager is a thief he stole someone deposit and never returned management also supports him beacuse management also thief. Never buy any property in this society or near by this area bad smell most of the time and don't rent apartment in this society.
