★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have children and you are planning to move into this apartment,please don't.I am 27 years old and u might be asking that why would a 27 year old want to play cricket or football,well the answer is see the children stopped by the securities everyday.There have been instances where the securities have physically attacked the children ,they try to take away their footballs,bats,stumps etc. At times when they take it,they don't even give it back.What I am going to say now,will be a bit controversial,but it is the truth.The managing committee is the most inefficient committee ever.All they can do is frame strict rules do derail the freedom of the children.This apartment can also be called as an old age home. Have you seen an apartment where children aren't allowed to make noise if you haven't seen one,nagarjuna fits into that category.There is a rule that until 7:00 pm in the evening,no resident has the right to complain about noise in a residential complex,but this apartment seems to not follow that rule.Trust me,there is place to play in this apartment but the managing committee believe in making sure that cricket and football lovers suffer.It is a prison for young children,they are made to stay in their houses because they cant play the sport they love.This is like the only apartment where the managing committee charges you for playing in this apartment.Once a child got a notice stating that he was seen playing cricket within the premises and he was asked to pay a fine.If you want your children to enjoy their childhood to the fullest,then its a waste of time even of thinking about this place.

This place is really not good for children. We are not even allowed to play. As soon as we start playing, securities come and try and take everything am even hit us. Securities are for keeping the area safe like preventing thefts and instead of that they take our things. So not fair!!!! Children *are* supposed to play and have fun. We are not adults. We don't sit at home like couch potatoes???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Apartment complex in a good locality. Lot of facilities which include play area and swimming pool. Maintenance is there as the drive ways and walk area is clean. Security is doing a good job of managing and checking on visitors and keeping record.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Appartment gated community for elderly people with most of the needed amenities. Security is good. Visitors are asked to park outside on the road. Price of the flat for rent is high. Children play area is very very limited. People with small children can look for some other better gated community. Other wise it's a good choice.
