★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best residential societies in all of Bangalore. Best part is the location - it's right next to a large forest area which makes for stunning views. Additionally there is Columbia Asia hospital right next door so it's very convenient to be so close to excellent medical facilities. Double Tree Hilton is within the same campus and offers discounts to residents of Mantri Flora at their restaurant.
The management is proactive about looking into complaints of any kind. Overall society is managed quite well. Good security. On call services like plumber, carpenter, electrician easily available. Grocery store within the complex for dry ration and fresh produce. Access to a beautiful lake. Can't ask for more!
One downside is that recently traffic noise has increased a lot due to proximity to Sarjapur Road and Ring road - both busy at all times.
