★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice appartment complex. Well maintained and spacious open area. Excellent location. Near to a beautifully maintained lake witha good walking track. Quiet and peaceful ambience at this society. Common amenities are well maintained too. Strongly recommend this place for small families. Good proximity with good restaurants and offices in Bellandur and Sarjapur area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society looks good from the outside but the construction is really old. There are frequent issues of power-cut and water running out due to airlock in pipes and leakage as the construction is almost 15 years old.
The society is located at a downwards slope and when it rains all the water naturally flows down and accumulates around the entrance and sometimes even the basement with no improvement after multiple repairs.
The association otherwise is very responsive, but due to the old construction there are lots of issues. Even the clubhouse doesn’t have anything which justifies the hefty maintenance due to less number of total flats in the society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a quiet place and has scenic beauty and peaceful. Slightly old society but you will know it only when people tell you. It has been recently painted and looks fresh. The rooms and flat sizes are huge by Bangalore or any city's comparison. It has a nice swimming pool and club house. The best part has to be the private entry that this apartment enjoys to the lake adjacent to it.
