★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just adding this point of view for people looking out to rent out in the society, I have been here in this area for almost 6 years, I saw Prestige fern residency being built in front of me and a few other new buildings in this area.
For some reason this building always demanded a rent which a little higher and I feel a little unreasonable.
I don't why is this the case, all the owners here may think since they have prestige brand therefore it demands higher rent or something like that.
But honestly the home, layout, views are like any decent quality society.
To my understanding there are quite a view good options in the area and one shall look out and check option before shelling out your hard earned money.
Another point which I would like to add is the deposit amount, Karnataka is one of the state to accept and review the Modal tenancy act. But still Owners seems to be stuck in past and looking to make a quick buck by looting the new people in town by asking for hefty deposits.

Some problem by main gate security ,
And there are planned well rules and regulations but maintenance is worst in main gate ,not only other all the maintenance staff should fallow the rules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the ultra premium venture of prestige ferns residency Group. 1100+ apartments in phase 1 & 2. 13 floors and villas on 14th one.
Loads of amenities like club house, amphitheater, yoga deck, tennis court, play area ,swimming pool, GAIL etc. almost 80% free space.
Its an under construction project. Though its behind the schedule but looks like end product will be a lavish stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very well maintained society. With 20+ towers and more than 3 Parks within the campus, there are facilities like ATM, Grocery Store, Medical Store.
There are courts for different sports like Tennis, Badminton, Basketball, Squash. As well as ground for Volleyball, Cricket and Football. In addition, there is a swimming pool, library, snooker, mini theatre & Party Hall all located at Ripples Club House. The walk track is also great.
There are vending machines located in the Club House as well as in every alternate tower.
There are 2/2.5 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats within the campus. The towers located at the far end can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake nearby.
