★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is pathetic.. firstly they open it up for reservations for any outside guests along with their in-house guests. When we reached there after reserving a table no one bothers to enquire or even look at us. After repeated requests the manager turns up and blunt rejects saying breakfast is closed.. when it clearly Shows breakfast is open till 11:30 AM.. why open your kitchen for outsider reservations when u clearly want to serve only your in-house guests?.. Not recommended

Chef Nishant's Prawns Mango Curry is a must try ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined In for Buffet Breakfast during our stay in the hotel ! First off, terrible service by the staff ! I'm not naming the staff considering it's too harsh ! But the fact is the staff were rude and unprofessional that I made note of their names ! Guest comes in, waits, they don't care ! U cal them for assistance, they hear u and walk away ! I literally cudnt believe this was happening ! Now let's come to the cheap hide & seek they play ! Live counter is filled with surprises ! Like all u know is egg and dosa, gentleman taking order is not gonna tel u anything more ! Isn't a star restaurants USP showing off their varieties? Here it's upside-down ! After checking through other orders we realised we can ask for sausage and bacon ! Utterly disappointed bcoz this isn't wat u expect from a star property ! Quality of food was good without any complaint but point is everything else is disastrous and need major relook into it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had this opportunity to dine at Asia Alive for Christmas in Dec 2021. The food was magically amazing. Very authentic. How can I forget to praise their Executive Chef Ajith who's experience shows in the manner the buffet was spread. He is the gem in the crown of Double Tree Hilton. I liked the soft and yummy turkey which was delicious. Keep up the yummlicious cooking.
