★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally didn't like the experience because Little Italy Koramangala has set very high standards.
We opted for the buffet on a weekday and there was no rush, yet the service was fairly slow. The drinks were definitely below average and felt like soda was added to regular Real Fruit Juices.
Starters, Salads and the garlic bread (Cheese and Herbed) were great amd liked them. But the pizzas were a disappointment. The sauce felt different and the topping were raw,
The deserts were fine too. Liked the Almond Brownie with ice cream but won't be back for buffet here.

We ordered nachos, granted it's not their speciality, but, what we got was pure presentation, nothing else. One layer of nachos, on a flat plate, the size of a household chopping board. Not good in quantity, or in quality.
We also had a pizza, which was better. Not good, just better than anything else.
The 4 cheese pasta, wasn't good either.
We also took a dessert as takeout. The packaging quality was equivalent to that of a roadside stall.
Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of food continues to be consistent and of high standards. However they have started cutting down on so many things, it's disappointing.
Entire sections of the menu are not available. Why have them on the menu at all? Service is lethargic.
Disappointing to see such a good brand unable to keep up the high standards they were known for. Unless this the case with only this outlet on Sarjapur Road.
The saving grace is the quality of food which continues to be very good. Patrons may be better off getting food delivered home, than going to the restaurant for a sub-standard experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really liked the ambiance and food was delicious. Service was good, Sphagetti and the wood fired pizza are the must try. Great thing is that it is a pure veg. There was a lot of variety in drinks also available. Will visit again in future. A little area of improvement is the cleanliness.
