★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A multi brand cycle shop. Not Recommended for Cycle Service and Repairs !!! Few of their technicians does not seem to qualify to work even in a local cycle shop. Gave my cycle for a full service which was done at lightning speed. On inspection found none of the reported issues were addressed on top of that some work around fixes were done against my consent. Technicians try to cover their mistakes with unreasonable clarifications. Customer is responsible to thoroughly inspect the cycle for any post service damage which they claim they will fix once brought to noticed.After spending another 2 hours getting un-addressed issues fixed. Found my rear tyre flat within couple of hours of replacement. Even the staff is technically in-experience. Not worthy. Avoid spending Money and Time here.Not sure if the store owner or manager really cares or does any audit of the staff here.
Bumping up the rating after a day as I got their attention and the issues were addressed on priority at my place by one of their experienced technician. I hope they will have better co-ordination internally to avoid such fuss in future and try to meet customer expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back after visiting the shop.. very positive and pleasant experience. Got a new cycle stand installed on my kid's cycle.
The gentleman there with name Saddam spent some time on the cycle and made it work much better (charges for the same:: 100/- only)..

Reasonable price, attractive to kids and value for money. I observed every kid visiting the Shop are extreme happy. Same smile face observed with adults too.

Visited Cycle world the team was very helpful in explaining the features of different models and finally with thier help was able to find a good cycle which my son is currently enjoying. A Big Thanks to Cycle World and thier team
Also had an old cycle which they serviced and fixed the issues and offered a free ?. Good place to visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a cycle from here. The store is filled with variety of cycles and there is little room to walk freely. Once you describe your choice they pull out the cycle and show it to you but there is no option of trial. They are very rigid with the prices and won't budge even as little as a 100 Rs
There also is a small service spot where you can get your cycle fixed.
Once I booked the cycle they made sure to quickly get it ready and also helped us with the transport (make sure to bargain the transport cost).
The person who helped me told the rickshaw person straight 250 upfront, rather than asking for what he will charge (Of course who would say no to 250 for a <150 ride). I did bargain and paid 150.
Overall a good experience could had been better.
