★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost. Greedy cheat. Had travelled an extra mile to go to him for a basic buckle puncture repair, basis the feedback here.
What I encountered was a greedy cheat who simply wanted to extract as much money out of me as possible. First he said the puncture cannot be repaired only the tube can be replaced. We bought into the story and paid for a new tube. He retained the old original tube too. My son rode his cycle for 5 mins that evening before the new tube gave way. That’s exactly how long it lasted - 5 mins!
When contacted, he was rude, physically intimidating and claimed he has no responsibility towards the tube - “likh ke thode hi diya thha ki yeh chalega”. Very unfortunate that customer service and integrity has stooped to these levels. More than the loss of money, time and a bad taste in mouth, it was this absolute lack of integrity was disturbing.
