Pros:
-Good collection of cycles , multiple brands including firefox, hercules, hero, keysto etc
-Provided basic accessories free along with the cycle
- Polite and knowledgable staff
- Pricing is quite competitive compared to other stores in the area
Had a few small issues initially with the cycle which was resolved immediately by the staff. Thanks to Praveen and Arif for the prompt help

During date of delivery found few things were not upto mark - Probably due to unavailability of their senior technician. Though other technicians tried to solve the problem.
They kept my bike for one more day. Next day I got my bike in fantastic condition.
Mr. Arif is very professional technician and suggested few Do's and Don'ts also to maintain my bike in good condition.
Suggesting all new folk to get in touch with Mr. Arif for bestest bike service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two cycles from cycle world.. One is kid cycle. Another one I bought it for me.. I bought Fantom 721. The sales and the entire is very cooperative and give proper suggestions with respect to your need. Also their service is excellent. In my cycle I had some gear shifting problems. I called them.. They do quick response and they send service person to my home and he fixed it... Special thanks to Ramu and Arif - service person. So overall good sales and service from cycle world MARATHHALLI branch. I recommend One of the go to place for cycle purchase and service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good collection of bicycles. The salesperson was really helpful in selecting the appropriate model. Still I am giving only 3 star because of the delivery experience. They promised to deliver the bicycle on the same day of purchase initially and then they changed it to next day morning, which I was ok with. But, I got the bicycle only on next day evening after multiple calls, which was not a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every sales person in the store was very helpful. They help you choose right accessories for your cycle. In fact they even stopped me buying one of the expensive accessories from their store at billing counter saying I am just a beginner and this wouldn’t be helpful to me. They could have easily sold that to me as I was interested but their intentions are very good. They want their customers to have good experience rather than them making profit.
