Very nearly maintained.
Not much amenities.
But all facilities available nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society. Good location but narrow minded residents association as they apparently dont allow residents or tenants to have pets. Very disappointing as I was about to finalise a house there. A big negative is the big dirty stinky sewage drain outside the apartment.

The society has vigilant security, swimming pool (currently closed due to COVID), gym (recently opened after COVID), small but maintained gardens, walking lane around the society. The rent for a 2BHK is more than 21k currently, which was more before COVID happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly constructed. Friendly people in the society. Periphery makes a good walking trail. Has a decently equipped gym for beginners. Protected by CCTV. ample security.
Not friendly for wheel-chairs. Rains make it difficult for pedestrians to enter the society. The entrance treats you with the smell of gutter at times. Does not have a closed badminton court given that there is space to construct one. Swimming pool keeps dirty most often than not. No public restrooms. Waste segregation rules are not strict enough.
