★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent apartments. Nice society. Situated near most of the tech parks like Cessna, rmz ecoworld and rmz ecospace, so relatively convenient for people working there. Swimming pool, clubhouse and gym is there. Other basic necessities are available nearby.

Not well mantained
Amenities are there but lacks mantainance
Very high mantainance cost
Water problem is there so thats why high mantainance.
Very pricey and not worth it looking atbthr amenities and construction quality
Location is ok and rooms are spacious that I liked about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good parking space, well maintained Security, kids playing area, Gym and swimming pool. Enough space for morning or evening cruising around. They keep celebratating so many festivals throughout the year. Blood donation camp, Craft shops, food competition are part of daily life.Overall a good experience being here. No problem for bachelor from security or other flatmates for unnecessary reasons. People are nice and friendly. Kudos to Oceanus group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an older residential building complex in bellandur. It relatively has a lot more free space other than the buildings there. With a gym, swimming pool and other indoor games facilities being there, it is not a bad place to live. Although water shortages and probs are quite frequent there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is nearly a decade old society. Although it has good amenities like tennis court and a swimming pool, the building itself has developed deep cracks which might be scary to look at. The location is great though with bellandur central mall being just a kilometer away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A community of 200+ large apartments, with a lot of open space and greenery. It has a large and beautiful swimming pool too. Excellent location, with easy access to both Bellandur Outer Ring Road and to Sarjapur Road. Just a short walk away from the Bangalore Central Mall bus-stop and yet secluded from the traffic, noise and dust on the Outer Ring Road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central locality walkable from Tech parks like Ecospace, EcoWorld and Intel and Central Mall with nearby hospitals like Sakra and Manipal/Columbia Asia and upcoming Metro stations. The buildings have been freshly painted and amenities have been given a new touch and are well maintained. Perfect for staying or renting out!
