★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst buildings in the area. The owner is never to be seen and everything is managed by the the care taker and his associates. Half the time there's no water in the building and water supply is wholly dependent on tankers. One of the worst places for a family to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A single building. Good place for bachelors, not so good for families. Construction always all around, so lots of dust and noise. The security is questionable and the building has no amenities except uninterrupted electricity supply over weekend. The maintenance taken for such a small building is Rs 4000, as of 2016 start. That is too much, considering there are no amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 4 years. Standalone Building with 1supply 2/3BHK flats and parking area. Located in a nice and peaceful locality; Exactly opposite to Sai Baba Temple. Flats are very spacious. Good for bachelors. ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, OBC Bank, SBI Bank and Andhra Bank are within 1km. There are also many food joints, gyms, clinics, hospital, supermarkets, ATMs, laundry services, etc. within the same radius. The maintenance charge is too high considering no amenities in the building except for parking area, 24hours water & power supply.
