Though the road from main road is not great, but managable.
With in appartment, you can experience nice tk stay environment for family members..

1. Water shortage issue throughout the year. And no water from 11pm-5pm throughout the year.(Weird rule)
2. Maintenance fee of around 5K which can be considered high.
3. No help from Management for residents whenever you face any issue like electricity failure.
4. Locality near the society is not clean enough. Roads are in poor condition.
5. Swimming Pool is not operational for better part of the year.

1. Near to Intel and RMZ tech parks. 20 min walking distance.
2. 10-20 min walking distance to grocery, meat stores, regular shop, medical stores.
3. Spacious and properly constructed apartment. Neat and clean on the inside.
4. Small park and swimming pool for kids. Parking space available.
5. Generator available.
Cons:
1. Water shortage issue during summer. And no water from 11pm-5pm throughout the year.(Weird rule)
2. Maintenance fee of around 4.5K which can be considered high.
3. Locality near the society is not clean enough. Roads are in poor condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Review is not just for apartment but as well for the flat. Writing this review a little late, but as a tenant I feel this will help future tenants (Renting is an experience in Bangalore after all).
Stayed for a good year
About Society-
Pros -
1. Conveniently located near to ORR, close to bus stop, shops. Just adjacent to RMZ ecoworld.
2. Overall society is good with amenities and space. It is peaceful and once you are inside, you won't realize about locality.
Cons -
1.Adjacent locality is not good, road is broken most of times, no street lamps, and lot of movement.
2.Water supply dependent on tankers
3.Maintenance is high (4k when i stayed last year)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically a fraud Appartment. Different rules for owners and different rules for tenants. In maintenance every month 500 Rs is deducted as let out charges only for tenants. Move iin and move out charges is basically promised as to be refunded and Rs. 2500 is taken as deposit but after moving out only Rs. 1500 is paid back saying move in and move out charges. When building is not helping regarding move in and out charges no clarification is provided as in why the charges have been put up even there is no damage done to property and is also cleaned after the move out. Serious no for tenants to move in to this place
