Pros: Location is the only good thing about this project
Cons:Very average layout of the society and below average floor plans although the sizes there large but you don't find tht on the ground.
Open area is very low
Not nicely mantained.

The place offers both duplex and regular apartments. The locality is well equipped with a grocery mart, vegetable outlet, multiple eateries, ATM, saloon etc with Sobha Iris closeby

The place has facilities like swimming pool, badminton court, gym, pool table, table tennis, 24 hour power backup, gated community with security guards. The flats are fairly spacious and well lit. Society is bachelor friendly
