★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for 3 years before we moved to own apartment. Landlord was very helpful and accommodating. She even extended the NP till our house construction work got over.
Apartment complex has all required amenities for a small family. It has got small but useful kids play area, a walk way for the elders and kids, well maintained swimming pool, a functioning party hall, which can accomodate around 70-100 people.
Complex has lift facilities and trolleys to carry heavy items around the facility. Underground parking, securities, CCTVs , 24 hours generator backup are some of other amenities/features worth mentioning.
This place is 100mtr from prestige tech park, ~500mtr from JP Morgan, Oracle offices, ~200mr from OTR and ~1.5KM from Embessy Tech Village. This would be an ideal place for most of the techie families who works near to that locality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb community living in one of the ideal location for working professionals. Being so close to ORR makes accessibility and communication to this place very easy. One of the very few low rise apartments in the area thus providing ample living and free space. Lovely plantation and well maintained gardens improves the aesthetic of the apartment. A great place to live comfortably

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb Location (very close to ORR, as well as vacant lands around this society hence having a good vibe)
Amenities- Security, CCTV, Dedicated Parking, Club House with Table Tennis and Party Hall, Well furnished Gym, Swimming Pool and all other maintenance-facilities.
Most Flats are also really good. 2Bhk & 3bhk options available, with some flats having an extra terrace space as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited one of my friends living in NCC Nagarjuna apartments in Bangalore recently. I had a stay there for few days and I noticed that in the middle of the night some of the person living in the same aprtmt was abusing bashfully to the people out there. I was kinda scared of any untoward incidents. This was completely vulgar and rude. I've advised my friend to leave the place and find a better home in the city as this is completely unsafe to live there. Moreever, the place looks more like a construction site

I was the tenant of Amitha.Reddy she is a nice land lady she owns multiple flats . we shifted from chennai to bangalore 4 months back to one of her flat. Before moving inn she explains all the terms and conditions. And give you the flat in a very good condition. unfortunately we got transferred and moved out recently. the cheque was given immediately she held one month rent and 3000 rs for bescom and others which is a basic norm in bangalore. she also told any amount left will do google pay.Always people have mixed options but for us she was a nice lady. would recommend her.
few ladies who are owners of other flats in the society are really weird they come and sit near other flats post evening laughing ,talk loudly .which is quite disturbing apart from that its a decent society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society does not have a lot of amenities and it even does not have a nice garden. The only good thing is the LOCATION, I could reach my office in just a couple of minutes.
